Generally, experienced players that are a little long in the tooth, although all adults are welcome.
Format is that we pick teams for the day, and generally only switch players if the score is terribly lopsided.
We do NOT play "last ___ back" as a substitution method. We will shame those that need a break though!
We play pretty strictly by the rules, although the only penalty for a dropped pull is that the defense gets to set up.
