Ultiamte Frisbee has been a game at lost mtn park since around 2010, many groups have come and gone and turned into new groups along the way.
we currently play sundays warm up at 2:30 pm, game at 3PM

we usually play games teams ranging from 7-7 to 10-10, with subs, and if there are a LOT of people we will have 3 teams and play a "king of the Hill type game". we are always looking for more people to join the group!
