Send us an email to subscribe!Sundays: 1:30
Saturdays: 1:30
Fields: Grass
Description: Some of us have been playing this game for 25 years, and we've been playing most weekends on this field for 20. We've recently lost a few regulars to graduation, etc., and we're hoping to pick up a few more to replace them. A lot of us have become friends through this game, and we'd love you to be part of that.
We play hard, and by the regular rules (yes to stall counts and sidelines!), but prioritize safety and fun - collisions and barking are strongly discouraged. We're all cheering for everyone to make that heroic grab.
Beginners are welcome. We have a wide range of skill levels, but most of us know what we're doing. We have regulars in their early 20s and regulars in their early 50s and everything in between. We play in any and all non-dangerous weather, and we play through the winter so long as we have critical mass. We generally define 3 vs 3 as critical mass.
We usually play Sundays at 1:30, but we have a signup Google doc (our "website" here) that allows for the possibility of Saturdays or holiday Mondays. Send us an email if you want to be on the mailing list!

Wednesdays: 6p/7p+ (seasonal)
Fridays: 6p/7p+ (seasonal)
Fields: Turf and/or Grass
Description: BF typically plays an all-inclusive form of ultimate, which has some modifications from typical standard ultimate. Some differences are no-stall counts, no score fun-to-fun, loose boundaries, sidelines have priorities, limit hucks/hammers, and person to person defense (same skill or effort level, preferred). So take your time throwing the disc and have fun. Now, occasionally, if everyone happens to be very experienced or near the end of gameplay, we may switch to standard to level up our skills.
Styles: All-inclusive, Standard
Regardless of style, safe play is priority (e.g., avoid cutting off or picking others' paths), with a fun positive spirit/no barking.
Location: Russell Field or Danehy Park

Fields: grass (turf in winter)
Description: The English High field is closed for repairs, so email for game info. We're bouncing around.
Don't give up if you're the first one there; we often start a little late.
This game has been going since 2004. All skill and experience levels are welcome. Many players wear cleats and play in organized leagues, but beginners are certainly welcome.
Rules are informal, though the game usually has a fast pace.
All ages welcome.
We play year round.
This has been updated as of November 2025.
The game will either be on the turf field (Nihill Scagnoli), or along the SW Corridor behind the high school.

Cost: free
Fields: behind Warren House apartment buildings, large grass field
Description: Many seasoned players play at this game, we have been playing with this group for almost 27 years now. Sundays, rain or shine, even in the winter.
Try to bring a non yellow and yellow t shirt. we break teams into yellow and non yellow.
Cleats are encouraged to wear.
Range of players is 18 to 60 with the average in early 30's.
We keep score, we have a game to 15 after only a few warm up points
The game is at McGrath Fields located at 1600 Washington Street in Newton. Look for a green sign that reads Warren House and park in the back, facing the fields.
Get on the mailing list by emailing me at kevinbradley6666@gmail.com
However, the game is almost always on, except for extreme weather conditions. We send out few emails, the game is usually on. we only send out emails to verify a head count, or to declare game off, in case of poor field conditions, or extreme weather.
3/15/2026 update: the game is strong , active, and well attended most weeks, and currently going on for almost 30 years now. Currently, this game is only accepting experienced players. Beginners should look for alternate games in the area.
Note: I noticed that on some other local games they advertise their game has no “barking”. There may be some “barking” in this game, as it’s a little more competitive. Also the above does not intend to convey this is an all star highly skilled pick up game. It just means it’s not a great fit for beginners who can’t throw a disc straight and on target. Most of our players either play on other teams/leagues throughout the year or have entered tournaments with teams in the past.
If you are NEW (but experienced) player, text me at 508-792-9475 for game/field status. Again, if you are athletic and can catch and throw you are welcome.

Frizzbee.com | Merrimack Valley UltimateWebsite:
http://www.frizzbee.com/Tuesdays: 6 PM
Cost: 20$ a year - USA Ultimate liability waiver
Fields: Grass
Description: We play social Ultimate Frisbee games for the fun of it. All talent levels are welcome. How do we do it?
First, we do not have set teams, or structured league play.
We form 2 teams based on who shows up, so the size of the team varies.
Second, we don’t even keep score! How’s that for being non-competitive?
Okay, that’s not strictly true. We try to end each evening with a “game to five.”
The first team that scores 5 points (as it’s getting dark out), signals the end of the evening.
Then it’s time to go out for pizza or seafood, depending where we’re playing (see below).
Third, people are generally matched up according to ability. So if you are a beginner, you don’t have to guard a superstar.
Fourth, we try to get everybody involved in the game. That means everyone should get an equal opportunity to enjoy catching and passing.
Fifth, everyone is encouraged to sub out regularly when there are people waiting to play on the side line. It doesn’t matter if they’re not tired — the idea is that everyone should get to play!
Since we’re not keeping score, people will sub out of one team, and sub in to the other.
You’d better remember what team you’re on! (We use yellow pinnies to indicate one team, so please don’t wear yellow T-shirts.)
We play Tuesday evenings, ~6:00 p.m., at a field currently in Tewksbury, MA, or at Seabrook Beach, NH (see Schedule tab). Also see Directions.
To play at the Tewksbury field, every player needs to contribute $20 for the season and sign a USA Ultimate liability waiver, or, be a member of USA Ultimate. The $20 buys liability insurance through USA Ultimate which the landlords of the field require for the use of their field.

Description: Providence Community Ultimate Team (PCUT) is a mixed group of players with a range of skill levels who play ultimate to have fun. We'd love to have you join us, and are very welcoming to new players and veterans alike!
Our current games are Sunday at 11:00 AM (@ Hope High) and Wednesday at 5:15 PM (usually @ Hope High or India Point Park depending on availability). *Games are assumed to be on each week unless you hear otherwise.*
Our primary location is Hope High School, but if those fields are taken we may be at Berylson Family Fields, India Point Park, or elsewhere. In case of extreme rain, we may move indoors to not damage the fields. Join the email list in case of location changes!
Email PCUT.frisbee@gmail.com to be added to the mailing list. We use the list to organize additional games, alert folks if there are field changes or cancellations, etc. Feel free to email with any additional questions!
We recommend you bring a dark and a light colored shirt (or something reversible). Cleats are preferred, but not required, for outdoor games.
